Inflatables should always be used under adult supervision.The supervising adult can still enjoy the party as long as he or she remains near the inflatable and keeps an eye on it. This ensures children follow the safety rules and avoid doing anything else that might be dangerous.
Avoid unnecessary horseplay or dangerous behavior.Please do not perform flips, jump off walls, throw people or jump into other people while inside the inflatable. Do not bounce near the entrance as people may be entering or exiting. Have fun, but don't do anything risky.
Leave personal items outside the inflatable before entering.Remove your shoes, jewelry, watches, or any article of clothing that may fall off while bouncing. Do not bring sharp or dangerous objects into the inflatable. These items may get lost, or worse, hurt someone.
Watch what goes on outside the inflatable as well as inside.Make sure children do not play outside the inflatable, especially where other children may be entering and exiting. Keep children away from the electric cord and air blower to avoid child injury and damage to the equipment.
Exit the inflatable in case of an emergency.During bad weather, including rain, lightening, thunder or heavy wind, please exit the inflatable and turn off the equipment. If the inflatable deflates, please exit and check the power cord for disconnection. Please contact us immediately.
Individuals with health concerns should not use inflatables.People with head, neck, back or other muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants and anyone who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the inflatable at any time.
Yes. We carry liability and truck insurance as required by the State of North Carolina.
Yes. The North Carolina Department of Labor inspects inflatables and we inspect the equipment before every event.
Normally we recommend making your reservation between two weeks and thirty days before your event date. However, for holiday weekends and certain weekends in the fall and spring we book events months in advance.
Attractions are reserved when we receive a signed contract and money to hold your inflatable
If rain is forecasted for the time that your event is scheduled, then you have the option of postponing the event. f you decide to proceed with the event and we set up the attractions, the full contract amount becomes due. High Winds – We reserve the right to cancel the rental if the wind is above 20 mph. High winds can move inflatables and cause damage and injury. If you cancel the event there is a cancellation fee.
We Delivery anywhere in North Carolina. However some delivery charges may apply.
The Contract contains a complete list of all safety and operating procedures. Our on site staff will review all these protocols and guidelines with the person who placed the order. Clients will be required to sign a release acknowledging that they understand and will adhere to the guidelines. Failure to obey any of the listed procedures may result in additional charges.
In the unlikely event that your rental becomes damaged during the rental period, immediately evacuate the inflatable and call Jump n fun for kids. If the inflatable is damaged in any way due to user neglect or not following proper safety guidelines. the customer may be subject to repair and clean up fees
